Thomas brings his passion, humour, and sense of calm into everything he does. His true strength lies in his ability to connect with others, which inspired him to launch his own podcast: Unfolding Potential.

"It’s all about me" is not just a slogan; it is a Way of Living that he breathes and embodies. He consciously uses this powerful phrase to challenge people’s thinking, encouraging them to recognise that they are the creators of their own reality.

He believes that every individual holds the power to change their life. It is a call to empowerment and self-responsibility, motivating others to embrace their full potential and become the architects of their own life path.

Once you can fully acknowledge and embrace yourself, you gain the power to transform both yourself and your life. This principle is a fundamental pillar of Unfolding and drives Thomas to inspire others to discover and embody their own inner strength. He believes that self-acceptance and self-love are the keys to true transformation, and he passionately dedicates himself to guiding others on their journey of self-discovery and growth.

Where It all began

Founding a Practice

In 2015, Thomas graduated as a physiotherapist alongside Abassin and Bo. Their shared dream? A practice where movement, health, and well-being come together. In 2018, they took the leap and founded "De Kinesisten" With a clear vision and determination, they created a space filled with light, exclusivity, and care.

His motivation and inner drive stemmed from his own quest for optimal health. At the age of 21, he was told that he would develop Crohn’s disease and face a life filled with chronic illness, medication, and surgeries. This deeply affected him and inspired him to forge his own path. He actively sought ways to optimise his health and eliminate the disease from his life—and he succeeded, just as he had always believed he would!

Movement as a first passion

From an early age, Thomas was an energetic and curious boy, always searching for the why behind everything. Growth pains led him to a physiotherapist at a young age, and that’s when he felt it: This is what I want to do—help people, bring movement and recovery.

His fascination with the human body led him to study physiotherapy, but along the way, he realised that healing is about more than just relieving pain. Symptoms were being treated, but the root cause often remained unnoticed. That felt like a missed opportunity. He wanted to go deeper, to see beyond the surface.

Fasciatherapy: the body as a whole

Thomas pursued further education in Fascial Therapy, following the Stecco© method in Padova, Italy—the epicentre of this groundbreaking approach.

Fascia, the connective tissue that links everything in our body, plays a crucial role in movement, pain, and recovery. While traditional therapies often treat muscles and joints separately, the Stecco method focuses on the deeper cause of complaints: restrictive movement patterns and chronic tension in the fascial network.

Through this approach, Thomas gained a new perspective on complex, recurring issues such as unexplained pain, movement restrictions, and even emotional blockages. He learned how subtle disruptions in the fascial system can impact the entire body—and how they can be restored through targeted techniques.

Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology: Finding the root cause

A symptom is never the root cause. In 2020, Thomas delved into Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (kPNI)—a revolutionary science that views health as a life story. Our experiences don’t just disappear. A past viral infection, chronic stress, disrupted gut flora, or unresolved trauma can lay the foundation for fatigue, pain, or even autoimmune diseases years later.

Healing is not a matter of luck or misfortune; it’s about understanding and action. After three years of intensive study, Thomas obtained his kPNI diploma, equipped with a completely new perspective on health. He learned how the body and brain continuously communicate and how nutrition, breathing, stress management, and lifestyle play crucial roles in restoring balance.

Health is not the absence of symptoms, but the body’s ability to recover.

Intermittent Living: the power of hormetic stressors

Health is not just knowledge—it is experience. As a certified Intermittent Living Coach, Thomas applies the principles of natural stress stimuli: cold exposure, oxygen deprivation, sauna, intermittent fasting, and plant-based compounds. Our body needs variation to stay strong. Small, conscious challenges make a world of difference.

From treatment to transformation

Today, Thomas inspires individuals and businesses as a therapist, trainer, and speaker, approaching well-being at a fundamental level. No longer just treating symptoms, but driving real change. His approach resonates, challenges, and sets things in motion—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

"The solution lies in change, and the smallest change makes the biggest difference." - Dr Leo Pruimboom
