She has been working for years with both young people and adults to teach them to regulate their nervous system themselves. Anja also works as a transformation expert for companies that want to innovate or improve their potential. She does this through trainings, keynotes and workshops on transformation and leadership.

Programme:
Experience a transformative four-day journey focused on self-care. Get carried away and trust what is to come; improvement and surprise await you!
Day 1 - Thursday (1 learning block)
Day 2 - Friday (3 learning blocks)
Start the day with an energic meditation to refresh your mind and be fully present. Be taken through the programme, which includes learning how to creating safety in your work by exploring interoception and exteroception. Discover valuable insights during duo exercises on triggers, reflection and projection. Reflect on your role as a caregiver and discover what you need to be permanently in your own power.
Day 3 - Saturday (3 learning blocks)
Start the day with breathwork To connect with yourself. Experience a dynamic programme where you will learn how to connect your energy levels can regulate, for your well-being. Discover important theoretical frameworks, such as the 'Window of Tolerance' and the impact of secondary trauma. Learn to manage stress with practical techniques and experience the power of movement exercises for your well-being.
Day 4 - Sunday (1 learning block)
Conclude the journey with energetic connection exercises and a session on alignment and event.
During this trip put yourself first and you will go home with practical tools for self-care and emotional regulation. As a result, you will be better able to take care of yourself and your clients.
