Ecstatic Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that works gently and deeply. It invites you to discharge, open, feel through your body. What is stuck comes into motion. What is cloudy becomes clear. What no longer serves you is allowed to go.

We will guide you in almost every module of this journey with a rhythmic and attuned breathing process. Always with safety and precision, without pushing or overwhelming. We call it: the minimum effective dose: Enough to open something, never too much to overwhelm you.

This is not just breathwork. This is coming home. Into who you really are, underneath everything you wear.

Personal Development Part 1

Day 1: Understanding our nervous system

We start at the basics: your nervous system. The foundation of how you experience the world.

In this first module, we dive into your body's intelligence through the Nervus Vagus and polyvagal theory: the science behind safety, connection and stress responses. You will discover how your nervous system constantly scans for 'safe or unsafe', and how this determines whether you can relax, fight, flee or freeze.

We visualise how your system functions to self-regulate it. You will learn how to activate your Nervus Vagus with simple, conscious actions to influence your state of being.

From insight to influence. From knowledge to embodied awareness. This module opens the field of self-regulation and resilience. So that you are no longer at the mercy of stress, but can choose alignment, gentleness and safety within yourself.

Personal Development Part 2

Day 2: Recognising thoughts & inner architecture

Sometimes it seems like thoughts take over. An endless stream of beliefs, worries, plans, self-criticisms. As if they are on autopilot. You try to get a grip, but the noise in your head makes it hard to really feel, to know what is true for you.

You are not the product of your thoughts. You are the source from which they arise. Every thought is a vibration. A movement in your consciousness. And although many of them seem automatic, (95% of them are repeats of yesterday), they all carry information. About how you feel. Where you are still stuck. What you long for.

Instead of fighting thoughts or trying to make them 'positive', this track invites you to something much deeper: conscious observation. Seeing what is going on, without judgement. Understanding where the patterns come from. And then... step by step... making choices that really resonate with who you are in essence.

Thoughts are not enemies. They are signposts.
Even the dark, sharp or tiring thoughts show you where the light is still allowed to come in.

Personal Development Part 3

Day 3: The power of emotions ~ "What doesn't heal, repeats"

Sometimes it suddenly overwhelms you. A lump in your throat. Tears that seem to come for no reason. A building irritation or an inexplicable fear. Your head tries to understand, explain, fix it... but your body tells a different story.

Emotions are signposts. They point to places in you where something is not yet fully felt. To parts of yourself that are still waiting to be present. They whisper or shout that there is something inside you that finally wants space.

Every emotion carries information. Anger shows you where your boundary was crossed. Sadness brings you back to what you are allowed to let go of. Fear reveals where you don't yet fully trust yourself. And under all these layers lies life energy, ready to flow again.

When emotions are not felt, the body turns them into tension, avoidance or exhaustion. When you learn to really meet them, they open up as insight. 

In this journey, you invite your emotional landscape to speak. Not to analyse it, but to feel it through. 
Because those who dare to follow their emotions eventually find themselves.

Personal Development Part 4

Day 4: Breathing as the accelerator

Breathing is a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious. Between body and mind. Between tension and relaxation.

After exploring your nervous system, thoughts and emotions, you are invited to sink deeper into your body through your breath. Your breath affects your state of being. Slow down your breath, and you calm your nervous system. Deepen your breath, and you open space in your body. Increase your breathing frequency consciously, and you activate potential.

In this course, you will learn how your breath works as your personal regulator. A direct experience of how, through the breath, you can influence and redirect your physical, mental and emotional state towards balance.

Breath is the entrance to conscious presence.
Stop letting your breath just happen by itself. Let her become your anchor to conscious living.

Personal Development Part 5

Day 5: Self-reflection and shadow work

 

In this module, you invite yourself to really look. Not through the glasses of self-criticism, but with the eyes of awareness. You observe your thoughts, your emotions, your reactions and see them as mirrors. 

Self-reflection makes the unconscious visible. What you avoid, reveals itself. What you suppress, gains voice. You recognise patterns, beliefs and shadows that once offered protection but are now allowed to soften.

It takes courage to meet yourself so honestly. But it is precisely there, in that raw honesty, that true transformation and integration occurs.

Because when you dare to see your pitfalls without judgement, they become opportunities to strength. And when you consciously choose, you become the shaper of your life from within.

Self-reflection is the light that embraces your shadow. And precisely because of that, your true growth begins.

The investment for the journey is €650 excluding VAT.

It is also possible to pay in instalments.

In that case, you invest €130 excluding VAT per session in yourself, which amounts to €157.30 per session including VAT, or €786.50 for the entire journey.

The live sessions will take place in Aartselaar at Oudestraat 43. Ample parking is provided and the venue is very easily accessible.

Yes. All online sessions are recorded and remain available for 1 month after the end of the programme. So you can revisit, deepen or quietly catch up on a missed session at your pace.
