Day 1: Understanding our nervous system
During the first module of this personal development journey, we dive deeper into the vagus nerve and the Polyvagal theory (the science of feeling connected and safe) We explore the function of the vagus nerve and why it's important to stimulate it. We examine the three states of our nervous system (safety, fight or flight, freeze)By gaining this valuable knowledge, you'll get practical tips to better understand how your body and mind respond to stress and learn how to manage it in your personal growth journey.

The investment for the journey is €650 excluding VAT.
It is also possible to pay in instalments.
In that case, you invest €130 excluding VAT per session in yourself, which amounts to €157.30 per session including VAT, or €786.50 for the entire journey.

WHERE will the live sessions continue?
The live sessions will take place in Aartselaar at Oudestraat 43. Ample parking is provided and the venue is very easily accessible.
