During the first module of this personal development course, we will explore the Nervus Vagus and the Polyvagal theory (the science of feeling connected and secure). We dive into the function of the vagus nerve and learn why it is important to stimulate this nerve. We explore the characteristics of the three states of our nervous system (safety, fight or flight, freeze). By gaining this valuable knowledge, you will gain a better understanding of how your body and mind respond to stress through practical tips, and learn how to work with this yourself in your personal growth process.

Wat krijg je in het Persoonlijke Ontwikkeling traject?
- 2 maanden begeleiding via tweewekelijkse live sessies waarin we 5 onderwerpen bespreken en al je vragen beantwoorden
- 5 diepgaande breathwork sessies
- Werkboek van 68 blz. om de kennis die je tijdens de sessies hebt op gedaan, om te zetten in je dagelijkse leven en inzichten te verwerven voor jezelf
Timing van het Persoonlijke Ontwikkeling traject
We starten de 10de editie van dit traject eind januari terug op. Tijdens het traject word je 2 maanden intensief begeleid.
Er zijn 5 live sessies voorzien op weekavonden van 19u tot 21u30.
Waar gaan de live sessies door?
De live sessies gaan door in Aartselaar. Exacte adres wordt per mail bevestigd na inschrijving. Er is voldoende parking voorzien en de locatie is zeer vlot bereikbaar.
Wat is de prijs van het Persoonlijke Groei traject?
De investering voor het traject bedraagt 650 euro excl. btw.
Het is ook mogelijk om in schijven te betalen.
Je investeert dan €130 excl btw per sessie in jezelf. Btw inclusief is dat gelijk aan €157,30 per sessie of €786,50 voor het totale traject.
